• LCL / CFS cartage: Collection of less-than-container-load cargo from container freight stations after deconsolidation. We track CFS availability and arrange pickup as soon as your cargo is accessible.
• Airport cartage: Collection of air freight from airport cargo terminals, including direct delivery to your premises or onward consolidation with road freight.
• Road freight — metro and regional: Delivery to addresses across all major Australian cities and regional areas. We work with a network of road freight carriers selected for reliability and coverage.
• Refrigerated transport: Temperature-controlled cartage for perishable goods, pharmaceutical products, and reefer container deliveries where the cold chain must be maintained from port to destination.
• Oversized and out-of-gauge transport: Specialised transport arrangements for machinery, industrial equipment, and out-of-gauge cargo requiring pilot vehicles, permits, or low-loaders.
• Container unpacking (devanning): Coordination of container unstuffing at your premises or a third-party warehouse, including crane and forklift arrangements where required.

Container terminals charge port demurrage when an FCL container is not picked up within the free period (typically 3 business days after vessel discharge). Airlines and cargo handlers charge storage fees when air freight is not collected within 24 hours of arrival check-in. Demurrage and Detention — What You Need to Know

• Demurrage: A daily charge applied by the shipping line when a full container is not collected from the port terminal within the free time period. Free time is typically 3 days, after which charges of $150–$400+ per day per container apply.
• Detention: A daily charge applied by the shipping line when an empty container is not returned to the container park within the allowed free period after unpacking. Detention periods and rates vary by shipping line.
• Storage: Container parks and freight stations charge storage when containers or cargo sit on their premises after the free period expires.
